Changements in shipping to the USA

The USA has made some changements in rules of the post.

From August 29, 2025 new rules are applied for French post going to the USA.
What we need to know:
Goods are now taxed starting from the first dollar, whereas previously they were duty-free up to $800. These customs duties are now the responsibility of the sender.
However, what still works:

However, what still works:
- Gift shipments exclusively between individuals (so friends) with a value of less than €80/$100 per package;
- Chronopost Prêt-à-Expédier for single items - Chronopost packaging; - Pre-stamped packaging - La Poste;
- Chronopost shipments.
